| Well I guess it is time to post again, espcially when xanga tells you to post of be cut off. I haven't posted in about a year and lots have happened. We are expecting again :) and we just moved into my in-laws house. They are building a new home so until their house is done we are living together.Hope everyone is enjoying the summer. | | |
| Mabel has been grown up so much over the summer. I'm not sure if I can call her my baby anymore, she has turned into a very active toddler. As she grows new trails for me come up and the biggest trial right now is Sunday mornings and keeping her quiet. I was wondering if anyone out there had any good tips to keep the little ones quiet.... Help anyone??? | | |
| So I haven't updated in over a month so here I go... Mabel and I spent just over a week in a half in MI visiting family and traveling to Chicago for Uncle Benjamins graduation. If you haven't seen the video on Sunnyliszy's sight yet I suggest you check it out. We had a blast playing with our cousins. Mabel and Charlotte are really becoming good friends (at least we hope they are). Mike and I are celebrating our 5 years of marriage today. Crazy eh? Here is a picture of our family. A lot can happen in 5 years. We made it and plan on spending many more years together. Yesterday to celebrate Mike and I decided to spend over 12 hours together without Mabel. I haven't been away from mabel for more then 2 maybe 3 hours since she was born. So i had to overcome my fears of letting someone else put her to bed and feed her breakfast and give her her bath. It was great spending time with just Mike. But at 4o-clock in the morning I woke up feeling very sick to my stomach that Mabel wasn't near...But I survived. and so did Mabel. That's about all I got for my update right now. I Hope everyone enjoys there weekend. | | |

May 16 2006..everything is calm May 16 2007 a completly different story So today was a big day. Our Little girl turned ONE!!! I can't believe how fast the year has gone by. Now I can say to Mabel last year at this time you were doing... It is just crazy to think how far she has come. a year ago she came into this world weighing 9 lbs and 13 oz with dark brown hair, now she is just over 20 lbs a perfect bob cut, which I have yet to cut. She brings so much joy into this house, what was life before her? I can't remember. So for those who are reading this I ask you to do one thing, Say a little prayer for her tonight on her first birthday, pray for her to grow up, to love God and to be beautiful inside and out. Thank you!!! | | |
| I felt like I needed to update..seems like everyone else is. Mabel, Mike and I enjoyed our visit with the sunnylizzy crew. Mike is glad it is over (4 kids is a lot for a guy to take for a week,) but Mabel and I miss playing with them. If only, there was some way that we could live close to our sisters and cousins. Life would be so much fun. Sonya and I always talk about making dinners and how much of a hassal it can be, but when you make big batches of food with someone else it is so much more fun. Like making 6, 572 chicken nuggets, how can you not enjoy doing that with your sister. If only we could live closer we wouldn't have to buy video cameras to see each others kids growing up.but then we wouldn't be on xanga catching up with every one.( you see there are always down falls to living close). It is fun living in the if inlays...every so often, do you have any if only that you would like to share..before you go back to your crying kids and dinner burning in the oven?? | | |
